The Jewish Writers Committee offers a community to WGA Jewish writers of all backgrounds and represents their professional, creative, and social interests in Hollywood. It educates and encourages our industry to more accurately depict Jewish characters and Jewish history on-screen, and to end the erasure of our ethnic identity and our community’s contributions to our business. It also seeks to eliminate discrimination in the hiring process and in the workplace.
