Newly franchised agencies should send the Agency Department a list of writer clients represented by the agency via this secure transfer link:

Franchised agencies should also inform the Guild when they have a new writer client; when a franchised agency’s representation of a writer client terminates; and any updates to existing writer client information. The Guild has prepared a standardized form to assist franchised agencies in reporting this information to the Guild:

ITEMIZED STATEMENTS OF WRITER COMPENSATION AND COMMISSIONS

Franchised agencies must send the Guild on a quarterly basis an itemized statement showing (a) all compensation paid to their writer clients; (b) all commissions received by the agent related to its representation of their writer clients; and (c) all fees received by the agent for providing feature film financing and sales services.
